• 2 oz pisco
• quarter of a lemon cut into wedges
• 1-2 dashes of orange bitters

Instructions:

• Add lemon and syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle
• Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
